Colorflex

The safe, elastic, and poured polyurethane flooring is ideal for school yards, playgrounds, volleyball, handball, basketball, soccer fields, and multi-purpose courts. This system consists of two layers: Shock Absorption Layer: A combination of PU BINDER 1118 and recycled rubber (particle size 1 to 3 mm) applied in thicknesses ranging from 6 to 20 mm. Top Layer: Made of PU BINDER 1118 and EPDM (particle size 1 to 3 mm), applied using a spreader machine or trowel and cylinder (10 kg) in thicknesses of 6 to 15 mm. This system allows for the creation of various designs and patterns with different colored EPDM. The final thickness ranges between 12 to 35 mm. Installation is only possible on cured asphalt or smooth concrete surfaces using a moisture-resistant electric trowel.
